Noise From Brickell Financial Centre (under construction 6th st/brickell)

Making an urgent appeal to my brickell neighbors about the flagrant violations of the city's noise ordinace and disruption of the quality of life to 500 Brickell, Brickell on the River and surrounding projects this construction site is imposing upon us.

Construction is starting at 5AM and continuing until dark (violations) as well as on Sunday (another violation). I have appealed to the developer; however, they say they have the "proper permits". and am getting nowhere with the city.

We as owners and renters have rights and we must fight for them. Quiet enjoyment is a right for us all. I am appealing to all residents to stop this blatant disregard for our rights. We must band together to stop this. Would be up for signing petitions, appealing to the city, getting an attorney involved, but also seeking input about soltuions from you as well.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
