any neighbors know what we can do about the noise from building u/c next door (Brickell Financial Center)? 5AM construction on Monday, alarm going off all last night, construction on Sundays....to my knowledge, all of this activity is illegal and unreasonable and must be stopped. We have rights of quiet enjoyment and we're currently getting anything but this...would like to get a petition going or contact at the zoning/code enforcement departments to get this nonsense stopped...
