I am renting the second room in my apartment at Midtown 2 Towers...the economy and all.

It is a huge 2/2.5 facing east overlooking the bay.

The building is great and the location cannot be beaten.

The place is very well furnished and designer decorated.

I am a 42 year old male working at the Fontainbleau in south Beach.

I am neat clean and responsible and I am rearely home due to my work schedule.

I dont smoke or do drugs and only drink accassionally.
