I've been practicing law in Miami for 11 years. I started as a prosecutor. I left to represent banks in commercial litigation and foreclosures for 5 years. For the last two years, I've owned my own law firm focusing on real estate litigation.
We primarily fight Banks and Developers now. We represent borrowers in foreclosure and people trying to break preconstruction contracts. We look for violations of federal consumer protection statutes. We look for errors in loan servicing. We prepare for short sales or loan modifications. We fight the bank while the borrower stays in their home and saves their mortgage payments. We create an exit strategy whether the client wants to stay in the property or walk away.

Bruce, welcome. I think once you create a profile then you can use the Forum to start a discussion about what you do. It's a great platform to meet local people and promote local business. They keep a keen eye out for spamming because everyone is here on more of a friendly tone.
