Uptown lofts Condominium is a beautiful boutique loft condominium with 11 commercial units 66 residential units overlooking Biscayne Bay. This building is located in the corner of 23 street and Biscayne Boulevard making it very accesible to main highways as well as near by restaurants, midtown, south beach, performing art center and main expressways.

The building units are typically big in comparison to other condo units in the area making each unit spacious with plenty of closets/storage and windows/sliding doors overlooking the city and beautiful waters of Biscayne Bay. The building has such amenities as pool, club house, sauna, gym,security, storage,etc. In addition is a dog friendly building.

If you like living in a quite, private and elegant loft boutique style building Uptown Lofts is for you...It's one of the reason I moved 3 months ago and enjoying every moment of it...
