How's life at One Broadway?

I haven't been living to long at One Broadway but I think its a great place to call home. The staff is really friendly and it's very nice being so close to everything. Its a great place to start a jog down brickell or hit up some of the local resturants to get some good eats or even hit up an ocassional happy hour. The building quality I would say is about average as its not the ritzyest place to live but its definetly nice. I believe its a good value and would recomend the location to anyone looking to move to the financial district.
