How much are the association / maintenance fees at this building? At One Miami they were estimated to be around $500 for my unit and now they are upwards of $900.
I'm wondering if some of the newer buildings are experiencing the same issues. I'm assuming it's mainly related to the higher insurance rates in Florida.
This is good news, but I wonder how long it will be this way. There is no doubt the condo insurance premiums have gone up since their original estimates.
