Association / Maintenance Fees ??
How much are the association / maintenance fees at this building? At One Miami they were estimated to be around $500 for my unit and now they are upwards of $900.
I'm wondering if some of the newer buildings are experiencing the same issues. I'm assuming it's mainly related to the higher insurance rates in Florida.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm still waiting for my closing date, but it would be great if anyone can chime in on this question.
Are the rates jumping up immediately after closing? If so, by how much? -

I'm closing on Monday 11/19 and paying condo fees for Nov/Dec at the exact same rate as on my original contract.

This is good news, but I wonder how long it will be this way. There is no doubt the condo insurance premiums have gone up since their original estimates.
