How's life at 1060 Brickell?

1060 Brickell is an awsome new 2 tower condo located right in the heart of downtown Brickell. There are a range of ages living there, but majority are young new first condo residents. We have amenities such as wine and cigar room with private wine cellars for the residents, we have a virtual golf room, billiard room, party room, gym, aerobics room, and a massage room. The building is loaded with great amenities. Its very modern. The building is starting to fill up. Although we only have about 30 residents at this time, there are constant move ins. We are located on Brickell but right at Mary Brickell VIllage so prime party spot. They are even opening Cafe Sci Sci in the retail. This will be very similar to Segas but a new hot place in the Brickell area. The building is open to realtors at any time. Just present your business card to the front desk to have access to see the amenities.  If anyone is interested in seeing units for rent or sale, please contact Fortune, located on Coral Way and Brickell.  Keep an eye out for events being held at the Condo by different magazines. About one a month is scheduled as of now.
