Room for rent in Miami Lakes!

Nowhere near the Downtown buzz but still only 15-20 minutes away...

I'm renting out a room in my Miami Lakes apartment until the lease ends in April (6 months).

The room is a decent size. I don't know the dimensions but I wouldn't consider it small. (You could fit a Queen size bed, dresser and desk comfortably.) The closet is a standard size closet. If interested, you would have your own bathroom right next to your room... it's blue. I have the house set up with internet and cable (Comcast) which is included in the rent as part of the utilities (FPL and water). I'm only asking for $650 a month with first and last. It's only for 6 months.
