My name is Erwin Nicholas and I am new to the site. I been actually looking for a network with a tight nit community such as this one and was suprised to see so many trendy real estate agents/brokers. Shout out to Alex for doing such an excellent job with the site! My reason for starting this discussion was to network with all my real estate professionals. I am a luxury real estate agent in Houston,Texas and happen to visit Miami frequently, so I just wanted to touch basis with you guys and see how the market is there and exchange business with you guys.
