The luxury condo rental deals keep on popping up. For anyone who's looking to better their lifestyle, I would highly recommend looking into condo rental rates in all the new condos in Downtown and Brickell.
I've seen a 2/2+ den on a high floor at 50 Biscayne rent for as low as $2,000/mo. That's a steal considering everything you get for the money. The owner (landlord) is surely taking a hit renting out the unit out for that much.
