Event Description

At De Rodriguez Cuba in the Hilton Bentley Beach Club, Chef Douglas Rodriguez has designed a 4 course menu of his take on traditional dishes including :

Roasted Chesnutt soup with sage crème, Poached Pear and Mozzarella Arugula Salad, Slow Roasted organic turkey, chorizo cornbread, smoky mashed potatoes and more.

Finish it off with Pecan Pie with nutmeg ice cream or pumpkin ginger crust flan. Reservations: 305-672-6624. 4 course dinner is $65 per person.
