Stop at the Coe Visitor Center, near Homestead, where issues confronting the South Florida ecosystem are examined. Gaze in the distance at Pahokee Overlook. Stroll the amazing short wildlife-filled trail and continue 38 miles southwest to Flamingo, on the park’s southern end, and possibly see a crocodile during the lunch stop. Bring your picnic lunch.
