Event Description
Enjoy the bay breeze and a hearty workout with fellow professionals who share the same fitness goals. The class will consist of many different types of activities, including aerobic and anaerobic training, calisthenics, core strengthening, and full body weighted exercises. This class is not just for gym rats - all fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. PLEASE SIGN UP BEFORE 4PM THURSDAY MAY 28 at www.yopros.com/members. The cost is $10, payable at the event.
