Real or Fake?

Yes, I'm talking about boobs!

Something so common and popular in and around Miami, South Florida, the US and far beyond. Society embraces the silicone/saline culture and cosmetic surgery in general. Is natural/small good anymore?

A recent debate in my office over the preference of Miamian's, men and whoever else may count- leads me to ask your opinion...

REAL or FAKE?

Real! I'm not interested in dating women with fake boobs. I won't lie, they are nice to look at but I've never felt any that couldn't easily be determined to be fake. Sometimes a hug is all you need to feel the difference. That ruins it for me. Just my $0.02. It's the shape, not the size, that is sexy.

I say REAL! Fake ones might look good from far, but will feel fake to the touch and that really kills it for me. I'm into quality, not quantity. Personally, the size and shape of the nipples is far more important to me than the size of the breast. Not only that, but women typically lose sensitivity after implants and that's no fun.

I'm not not into the Fiero with the Ferrari kit... I want the real thing! LOL

Mine are silicone and they look fake, but feel real. Honestly, I was not happy with the look of my breasts before so I rather have fake ones. If I had nice breasts with a good shape, I would have never done the surgery. I think utlimately, it's what makes you feel good about yourself.

It all depends on how they looked when they were real. Hey, If you needed it, then go ahead. If there is at least a little bump (Full A Cup) then there is no need. If they are sagging to the belly button, then they def need a lift and reconstruction. Also, I would have to agree with Alex about the nipples being the most important part. Hey, if getting fake breasts helps you have a higher self esteem then run on over and get them done immediately. It's all about what makes "YOU" feel good! If having us man (and some woman) stare at your chest all day make you feel good, then thats all that matters.....

Reconstructive nipple surgery? I guess you guys have a point... I was looking at a couple of plastic surgery sites and the boobs got an improvement but some of the nipples looked funny...

Just about all my girls have implants with the exception of a few and some of them came out really good where they look natural, some look porn star fabulous and some had a few complications. Most of them did it to boost their self-esteem and confidence and 2 of them really needed it. I've thought of doing it and still up in the air about it. Like I'm not unhappy about my itty-bitties and some outfits look better with smaller breast but then when I go to wear a bikini it's like ok "if only my boobies were just a little bigger here"... Wouldn't be bad to have a remote to inflate or deflate them whenever I want.

I think it boils down to what you want and what you like. If boobies make you feel better and more confident then I say the more power to you. I think its a great thing that people can do something about what they like and don't like now a days... why live with that complex?

I agree! It's just that it's a semi-permanent thing to do. And boy painful... so I've heard.

I'll echo some of the other comments. Ultimately it's about the individual's self esteem. In fact, all elective cosmetic surgery is about boosting one's esteem wether it's boobs, lipo, tummy tuck, ass implants, whatever. To that end, if it makes a woman feel better about herself and helps her confidence, it's worth considering. The most important factor is using a reputable surgeon because when these procedures go wrong, they go HORRIBLY wrong. Words like "necrosis" are part of the discussion and you don't want to be scarred in the area you're trying to beautify.

From a visual perspective, like Danny said, it's about proportion. Real or fake makes no difference to me personally.

This post is a *FAIL* without before and after pics to compare. LOL

Some of the women that get implants are already hot and would have no problem with attracting anyone. So, why is it that they have low self esteem in the first place. Don't the addition of implants just mask something deeper that really needs to get fixed? I mean it's not like you see a very unattractive woman with implants.

My wife when we first met was an A. After two sons and nature, she's now a full DD. Some time down the line she wants a lift; not sagging now but she says they'll get there some day. Her chest now looks like they are fake, yet real so I guess I've gotten the best of it all.
