unfortunetly i have to get rid of it before march 15...i'll move and the apt has to be empty .

i'll stay in the building but the master bedroom is a little bit smaller because of a drywall cube in a corner so it doesn't fit ! to answer to your second question yes it has to be dismantled and reassembled but i dont think it's gonna be very difficult if you know somebody good in that....
