A chic palate is a catering and design company that prides itself on using the best products and a fresh, innovative approach. We like to view ourselves as a boutique company...specializing in smaller, more intimate gatherings. However, we are open to catering any event, big or small. With that in mind, most of our dishes are "small plates". At a chic palate our dishes are meant to be shared so that each person can enjoy a few bites of this and a few bites of that, and not come away feeling stuffed. We feel that if you have smaller courses, your mouth, your palate and your mind are continually being excited!
