The only people I know associated with 900 are from this site....unfortunately everything seems to be a secret. I will be speaking with someone on Thursday about my situation and try to give you more info if I hear anything...have heard some rumors about people at other condos getting 25% of their deposit back, and the lawyer keeps 30% of that, so you still take a huge loss....If you are up North and don't plan to be here to live in it, a loss may be the smart thing considering the market.
