* I believe in living intensely, being active and trying it all (there are exceptions, of course!). * I concentrate in living a happy life with no regrets; learning from mistakes (mine and people's) and smiling a lot from the inside and outside alike; helping others smile as well. * My family and good friends are really important to me. * I am very playful, happy person; a child at heart. Hopeless romantic and very affectionate. * Simple, easy-going, laid back, very down to earth; kinda shy sometimes. * Very aspiring and demanding with myself. Love talking about anything (other than the life of the rich and famous). * I find absolutely fascinating getting to know people from different countries and knowing about their cultures, languages, traditions and understanding of the world. * The qualities that I value the most are honesty and sincerity, integrity, spirituality, intelligence and personality. * I love singing! I sing all the time, when I walk by myself, in my car, in the shower; I just need voice lessons, and my friends know that very well :D

Percy Thank you for taking time to respond. I do like The Ivy a lot. How is the area at night? Is brickell and Biscayne the happening spots? I have heard that at night the area is abandoned?
Do you have to pay anything to the association in addition to the rent or is it all included.
Are there a lot of vacancies? Do you believe the rents will spike up in the next 6 months or so?

Ivy is on list of considerations. I will be working in the Brickell Area, do you belive it is a easy commute to Brickell and 8th?
What is the rental range for a One and two bedroom unit?
How do you like the residents in this building?
Lots of questions....I hope you can give us some insight.
Best,
Zack
