I sublease office space for Financial Professionals that run there own business. Building is the Mellon Bank building at 1111 Brickell Ave. Ground Floor with incredible exposure. This could be an amazing location (close to home; imagine not having to drive to the office!) Yes, you meet people where they are; me too, but they will come to you with the right office and you also can write alot more new business. If you are interested, let me know.
