I have to check out your building some time soon. I really like living at 50B. The amenities are awesome and I like how I'm right smack in the middle of downtown. There are many many places walking distance. Very convenient. ** I sent you a PM about a potential tenant for Quantum.

Hey Alex, I'm waiting to close. I should be closing this Friday, fingers crossed. I'm a real estate broker so I'm practically living there since I'm in and out of the building all day. It should be a great building once it fills up with neighbors. The common areas look fantastic. I think most people will be impressed. How do you like living at 50?
