Hi Marlene:
We are scheduled to close 5/20. We don't know how. Our plan was to flip and we were told by all the "experts" that we would definitely be able to do that. They were wrong. We're stuck losing 87,000. What do you think about a class action ? Clare
Hi Peter,my closing is on the 9th,its a beautiful East view on B4,5404.,but i am not sure if i want to go foward, need to make up my mind and do some numbers,i have a house, and i dont know if renting is an option w the supply outhere and the no demand,,ill see,,,will keep you posted ,and hey,,thanks for your reply:)
Hey Marlene, I didn't get a chance to visit the site recently, but my father went for me and took pictures of the building + common areas. All in all everything looks fantastic, and although I'm not a condo expert, I truly believe 900 won't have as hard a time with closings as other developments in Miami. My closing is towards the end of May. Which unit are you and when is your closing?
Regarding incentives, I asked for a few things and the developer is offering zilch!! Oh well, it would have been nice to get something but it seems as if incentives are no go with this development. In a round about way it's kind of a good sign, because it indicates that closings are occurring as scheduled and the developed doesn't have to twist anyone's arm to close on a unit. But I can't wait, I think the building is fabulous and I can't wait to see it first hand.
