My name is Luisa Fernanda Escudero, daughter of Jaime Escudero and Luz Marina Benitez. My life began twenty-eight years ago in Medellin, Colombia. Many, if not all, of the life's decisions of my father are inspired by the passion he has for the horse. He was probably too, captivated by the ability of these creatures have to inhibit awareness in the human being's consciousness. When I was two years old, we migrated to the United States. A decision based on a magnificent animal. A stallion named Plebeyo, it was a white and well-fitted horse, with the right amount of desirable qualities that made him a legend in the Paso Fino world. Even today, we can still see Plebeyo's offspring making history as Champions, honoring the Paso Fino breed with their main characteristic to be one of the smoothest ride anyone can have. These horses' footfall is lateral, which makes the horses' gait to be in "4 tiempos". The Paso's four-beat is often described as taca-taca, taca-taca, taca-taca, with each beat an equal length. My father's same passion has been inflicted in my being, after many other work affairs, I am back teaching and witnessing those special "a ha!" moments when the rider becomes one with his noble companion. For those that know me personally or for those who are taking the chance to follow me through this medium, I invite you to leap and create an unforgettable experience with the horse.
