Mediterranean-brasserie style faire, Executive Chef Davide Piana presents dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, from tortelloni stuffed with porcini and ricotta cheese served with veal sauce and black truffle, to striped sea bass in light broth and vegetables julienne.
