It's hard to say. I'm living in my unit at 50 Biscayne and I love it, but I don't have any expectations of making any kind of profit or moving anywhere for the next few years.

Hi Alex. Sorry, only just around to replying to this, 3 months later ! We are waiting for the closings on a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the North Tower but are now in two minds as to whether to close given the way prices are heading. I'd be interested in your views on the market in that area.
