It is pretty hard to imagine buying a 2 bedroom 2 bath and only be given one parking space.
I would imagine at least one parking space per bedroom. Couples usually own 2 cars in Miami and is lots of other cities.
Imagine if you buy a 3 bed room and only one parking space. It just doesn't make sense to me and its not practical or realistic.
Hey thanks for the info.
Sounds like it would be difficult to sell there if the association fees keep going up and out of control.
I cant belive they charge an extra $100 a month for a second car on top of the already high association fees.
How are thye getting away with that.
