Any comments on this place from people who already live there? I know there is not any valet/guest parking, has that been a problem? Thanks!

I closed in Midtown 4 from when they first open. Its a very interesting building; more of a younger crowd. I liked how they promoted the building in early 2008, there were fashion shows, parties, etc. However the building had barely any amenities. I no longer live there! ugh! lol
