Great location and awesome views specially if you live in an east facing apartment.
I'm guessing there are substantially more residents in the building, manager said they would put new hallways carpet as soon as it got above a certain capacity %.
what do you guys think of the building?????????

Finally got to Manny's last night, excellent food, service was great. Absolutely beautiful design on the river.

It looks like Manny's Steak House will be opening up at the ground level of Met 1. That should be an excellent addition to Downtown Miami!
