Moving in mid November.

Would love to hear what is good / bad about the building.

Moving into the 01 line. Need ideas in decorating the apt... anyone on here on the 01 line?

- Valet Parking/Driveway Design
- The Cable Provider (Direct TV sub company, such a ripoff if you want to upgrade your service)
- Internet not included in your HOA fee
- No steam room & sauna (all the other building's in this price range have them)
- Gym equipment constantly breaking down (Bad Treadmill's, only 1 StairMaster. I'd suggest joining a real gym)
- All the homeless sleeping behind our building at night - it looks like a scene from a zombie movie
- Thin walls (I can hear my neighbors)

The Good:
- Amazing Pools although not heated
- Volleyball court, nice common areas, bbq, pool table
- Great architecture, smart designed building
- Young crowd, laid back feel
- The views
- The staff here are nice, keep the building pretty clean
