I have not closed yet but I'm amaized how far behingd the building is being delivered, the pool sand is a mess, no finishes what so ever in elevator lobbies, etc. anybody has a word on it?

I'm dissapointed to hear this. Any word on how long they are going to take to complete the amenities? Are they giving some type of discount on the maintenance fees while this is under construction?
I was hoping they would deliver a finished product like they did at 50 Biscayne. -
