I have not closed yet but I'm amaized how far behingd the building is being delivered, the pool sand is a mess, no finishes what so ever in elevator lobbies, etc. anybody has a word on it?

Comment by DJM on May 15, 2008 at 1:10pm: My roommate and I moved in on May 3rd. Our particular unit is great (minus lack of storage space). However, our elevator core, #3, does not work yet. We have become all too familiar with the catwalks. Also, the SkyBeach is cool, but the pools aren't heated yet as there is a problem installing a gas line??? One would think this should have been done during construction. Also, there are scaffolding lines across the pools making swimming not only cold, but also dangerously decapitative. The lobby is progressing at a snail's pace, which is the choice of speed for most uncompleted projects here. The views are great though.
