How's life at Latitude on the River?

Latitude is a great building...a bit stressful for those of us who moved in early ( Dec. 2007).. elevator problems...initially no common area carpets...lots of workman...repairs to sea wall and front driveway.. pool tile problem caused the pool to close for a few weeks.... all the usual problems of "early adaptors". The people who work in the building in management are great as are all the crew who work on the engineering etc so the sting of the multiple problems is mitigated by everyones willingness to fix any problems. The amazing views make it worthwhile. Because there are a lot of renters the building doen`t feel much like a community, which is fine for me, but may not work for everyone.
