Everglades Closing
Hello,
Has anyone started closing on Everglades yet? I've heard that there are issues with the total square footage of the rooms being a lot less than that originally stated in the marketing material and wondered if anyone could confirm this to be the case.

Andy,
I heard the same, but no confirmation. If this is the case, there will be a lot of investors trying to get out of their contracts.
Everglades on the Bay does appear to be a beautiful development. I plan to visit soon to check it out for myself.

I met with the Project and Property management back in Novmeber, I was going to take over thier fitness facility and spa facility. The place is insane, one of the most impressive, pool decks, fitness and spa facilities I have seen in the Downtown. Brickell, Brickell Key areas. No wonder why they are taking forever to sign that contract!!!
