Hi MartinF, thanks for the update, I also read your earlier comments and that is exactly the info I was looking for. Definitely going to keep this building on my short list! Thx again!

Victor, my wife  and I have been very happy in the North Tower (see my comments posted 10/8 for pros and cons.)  It is immaculately kept, great staff, fabuolus amenities - good gym, great pools, river view.  Some minor soundproofing issues in my apartment - not sure if that is building wide. We weren't interested in South because it is all loft apartments and we wanted one floor. Also nice having gym in North Tower. Location is great, easy walk to supermarket/ restaurants etc. Not sure what else you're looking at but keep it on your short list.  Great deals for buying a unit right now.  Rents are competitive with other area condos. Good luck!

We are very interested in the North tower. Any thoughts or comments on the building? I have not looked at any units in the South tower, any pros or cons? Thx!

The building, public areas, staff are exceptional. Especially staff. Pool - fantastic, two to choose from and views of the Bay and River are wonderful. Love the gym and working out overlooking the river. Location is fabulous - Metro mover at your doorstep, Mary Brickell blocks away. Concerns: empty lots nearby, noise from neighboring apartments (lack of soundproofing) and Metro mover p.a. announcements at 5 a.m. Not sure about individual condos, mine needs work, but it is a rental and that may explain much, although layout isn't perfect. Overall, I'd give it a big thiumbs up. On my short list of places to consider when we buy.

Rudy,

I think that your water issue is just your unit because I've never experieced poor water pressure.
Yes, the garage sucks very much. Way back when, I was one of the first to have an accident there.
This buildng has a bunch of issues though (I've been here close to 3 years)...you need a sense of humor about things :)

Just moved a couple of moths ago. So far so good, although i do have some complaints. Unfortunately for me i park on the 10th floor. I didn't realize this before i moved in. Whoever created that garage is crazy.... what a joke. Besides that i am having water pressure problems with my shower. Is anyone experiencing this problem. Please let me know. I want to know if this is a problem with my unit or the building. Thanks.
