Anyone closing soon or is already moved in to 900 Biscayne?

Would love to hear your opinions of the building (for those that have already moved in... if any)? Pictures look great... but real life opinons matter more.

For those closing soon, do you plan to move in or try to rent the unit?

And, lastly, anyone here thinking of walking away from purchase agreement?

I am a foreign investor thinking of buying a unit(s) here and just trying to get a better feel for unbiased early interest level / buzz with the building....
