Comment by Laura Beristain on April 25, 2008 at 3:51pm: Hi Clare... there are aseries of issues in 900 Biscayne, we (mom and I) had bought... we where supposed to close a month ago...they kept delaying it... and they said at the begining of May they would start closing. Contract rules are always for their benefit only. It sucks!
