Which building is better to buy a condo: Latitude or Axis?

Axis is a beatiful building and for what I heard  has a very good management. Not restrictions and no extra charges.

Birute:

I have seen condos in both buildings and here's the dilemma.  I think Latitudes offers better apartment layouts but I think Axis has better location right next to Mary Brickell Village, Metrorail, Metromover, restaurants galore. I think Latitudes is at the edge of what I consider desirable Brickell locations. Valet parking there can also be time consuming due to the neighboring Latitudes office building. So if location is number one consideration I think Axis wins out.  But there are many more building options to choose from!  Good luck.
