Mia Restaurant Lounge at 50 Biscayne

I saw the signs go up at the South East corner of 50 Biscayne for Mia. It seems to be some sort of Restaurant Lounge that is opening up there.

Does anyone have anymore info about this or know when it is scheduled to open up? This will be very convenient for 50 Biscayne and nearby Downtown residents!

I look forward to seeing more new hot spots pop up in Downtown Miami...

Permalink Reply by Alex (MUL) on January 8, 2009 at 8:13am: I haven't heard a specific grand opening date, but I've noticed they have started working on the build out of this space. It looks like it is going to be a 2 story setup.

Hopefully it will open up within the next 2-3 months. I'm not sure how long a build out like this usually takes.; ▶ Reply to This

you should have a MUL party the same day as there opening. lol!!

A vitamin store took one of the small spaces in the rear of the building. Very convenient. I'm not sure who else is lined up for the large space on the North East corner of the building. I'm going to ask management the next time I stop by there.

Yani, I saw that. I'm definitely going to try to line up an event there. I'm already in discussions with Ecco (the other new restaurant lounge opening in downtown) to have an MUL event when they open up.; ▶ Reply to This

They are at least a month off. It was supposed to open June 1st. From the way it looks; they should cordinate a July 4th opening.; ▶ Reply to This
