Denise - We are planning a move to Miami soon. My office will be at 777 Brickell. So we would like to live within close proximity. Our choices are 50 Biscayne, 500 Brickell, 1060 Brickell, The Plaza and a few others, if you can recommend a few that will be great.

It is just me and my wife and a 5LB Maltese. We are yound couple and as such want to live where there is opportunity to meet other young people, network and socialize.

At this stage we just want to rent until we get a layout of the land and then purchase in a year time. Our requirements are open floor plans, prefer tw bedroom or a large one bedroom. 1000 -1200 SF living space.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in any of our buildings. I will gladly refer you to a realtor friend of mine by the name Daniel Cifuentes that specializes in teh Brickell and Downtown Area. His telephone number is 305-812-7002.

I also reccommend Brickell on the River, Axis & Everglades on the Bay.

Wow....I was really keen on 50 Biscayne and 500 Brickell. Do you know if The Plaza accepts small pets?
