Urban Life in Brickell: It's Happening!
The Miami Herald's Sunday paper featured an article about Brickell's urbanization. It talks about the way Brickell has evolved into a place residents can live, work, eat, and play. Make sure to read the article online. There is also an interesting video "The draw of Brickell" about every day life in Brickell.

Hi, I read the article on the paper and thought it was a Fantastic. The Editor describes Brickell and it's ambience very well. Good idea for posting this info for all members to see.

Alfredo, you are right about this being only the beginning. This area will be amazing in 3-5 years (and imagine 10!) There's a movie theatre, whole foods market, and various restaurants coming... Downtown is still lacking the nightlife scene though. Everything closes way too early, but that should change soon.
How would you address the homeless? That's def a tough issue to deal with...
