Thank you for your request, but this condo does not fall within the urban boundaries that we are currently targeting. We are typically only adding condos east of i95, but we may consider expanding this in the near future.

Sam, can you send me specific info about the building? We're typically only targeting condos east of i95 (within the urban boundries), but I will consider adding it. Thanks!

Hey Alex,
Hope all is well. I attended the DWNTWN Mixer at Manny's and spent some time speaking a long time friend, Robert Geitner. He was going to introduce you to me, but it got a bit crowed and clouded (Martini's). Maybe next time.
Could you please add Ivy at Riverfront to the list of condos, they've closed about 50 units and are moving along nicely.
