Next Thursday, April 21 2016, Sokai Sushi Bar will be opening their doors to a fine, but casual, “Nikkei” style dining to the flourishing Flagler area near FIU in Sweetwater! Inspired by artisanal culinary traditions from Peru and Japan, Executive Chef Nilton Castillo uses his extensive experiences and training to deliver international flavors to the table. His diverse menu combines Peruvian and Japanese cuisine to create the Nikkei fusion menu that foodies have grown to love through restaurants like Nobu and others worldwide.
